Maxim magazine has come up with its annual list of 100 hottest women alive and the top spot is taken by songstress Katy Perry.
Megan Fox who was second in 2009 slipped down to the fifth slot this year, while the last year’s topper Olivia Wilde has been edged down to the 20th place. Angelina Jolie is way down at the 38th position.
Among the top ten hottest women in the list are hotties like Kim Kardashian, Zoe Saldana, singer Rihanna and model Marisa Miller. On why she topped the list, Maxim editor-in-chief Joe Levy tells US Weekly because she’s “a triple - no, quadruple - kind of hot. It's that feeling you get when you suddenly realize that the
smartest, funniest, coolest girl you know also happens to the best looking and a pretty good skateboarder, too.”Lingerie model Brooklyn Decker is the second hottest in the list. She was this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue’s cover model.
Third on the list is the Avatar actress Zoe Saldana.
American actress Blake Lively, popular for her role in the TV series ‘Gossip Girl’ comes fourth.

George Clooney’s girlfriend, Italian actress and model Elisabetta Canalis is eighth on the list.
Actress, model and TV personality Olivia Munn is the ninth hottest.
Lingerie model Marisa Miller rounds up the top ten.
