The FIFA fever has seized the whole world and our desi Bollywood is not far behind. The FIFA worldcup, which is to take place in South Africa from 11th June to 11th July is predictably going to be a star—studded event and Bollywood is making its own starry contributions to the biggest sporting event of this year.
Bollywood music composers duo Salim-Suleiman are already on their way to composing a song dedicated to the event and they will also be performing alongside South African singers Loyiso Bala and Eric Wainaina during the opening and closing ceremonies of the event.
However, the hottest news is that Bollywood’s leading lady, the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor is taking time off her tight schedule to sizzle the event, shaking her legs in a music video opposite none other than Hollywood hunk Matt Damon. Insiders confirmed that talks are on with the FIFA event managers.
Supposedly the humdrum surrounding this music video has surpassed anything Bollywood has ever gone through, both moolah and holly wise. Bollywood’s Hollywood connection is expected to get stronger with actors such as Kevin Spacey and Jessica Alba also making their appearances in the music video.
Meanwhile Bebo is evidently very busy juggling her Hollywood connections with the desi ones, already on her way to finalise the details with the core team. “Expect an announcement with all details shortly. The Hollywood-Bollywood relationship is getting stronger with each passing day. And this video could well be one of the majorly touted ones since it carries heavyweights from both sides,” a source close to our Bebo said.
