The television series Tere Liye is about the breathtaking love shared between Anurag, a wealthy boy, and Tani, a girl. The show follows the characters as they grow up and face different adversities and opportunities in life, all the way from being children through to their adult lives. At this the story follows the arc of people who cross paths in their child hood and are then separated because of life's circumstances,then surprisingly reunited by their desire and undying love.
Kailash Kher has sung the title track of the show tere liye in his Sufi voice. Kailash is known to be a singer that puts a lot of soul into his songs.Tere Liye, which in Hindi and in English means, 'For You'.Serials. It shows on the STAR Plus channel. Tere Liye is staffed by creator Balaji Telefilms, and producer Ekta Kapoor. Lead roles are played by Harshad Chopra (Anuraag) and Anupriya Kapoor (Taani). There have been over 50 episodes produced, each running 24 minutes.The show will go on air from 14th June at 10 P.M. on Star Plus.
