Sonam is away in Edinburgh, shooting with Sahid Kapoor, for his home production, Pankaj Kapoor directed “Mausam”. But the 25 turned actress’ family is making it up to her with a genuine gesture of love and affection. They arranged for the promos of Sonam’s film “Aisha”, a home production, to go on air today, around 10 days before its schedule.
“The promos of her film Aisha were to air on June 18 along with Raavan. But her younger sister Rhea Kapoor has worked overtime to get the promos out on June 9. This is Rhea’s way of making Sonam’s birthday memorable for her,” said an insider. Needles to say, the birthday girl is happy beyond words.
“Aisha”, which is a woman centric film, has Sonam playing the eponymous female lead, and as it seems, she will be celebrating the film’s birthday along with her own.
