Veer Review

After success of 3 Idiots people were looking forward to another movie ‘Veer‘ starring Salman Khan and a new star (well not yet a big star in Bollywood) Zarine Khan. But, Veer couldn’t make it good. According to various Veer Reviews online, the movie is not worth watch. Taran Adarsh from BollywoodHungama.com
says that the movie Veer neither evokes patriotism feeling nor touches our heart with the love story in it.Though due to popularity of Salman Khan in Bollywood it might go well at box office,

but incomparable to 3 Idiots which was a big hit. Zarine Khan shows some confidence and does good work as first timer, but still she as a long to go. After considering high costs of making this movie, it seems that Veer will strive to recover costs. Music of Veer and Veer songs were good and Sajid-Wajid did a good job but the song ‘Surili Akhiyon Wali’ was repeated a lot of times. Overall, director Anil Sharma fails to deliver another hit, its a ‘Disappointment’ after so much expectations.

My Name is Khan Review

My Name is Khan, one of the film of 2010 with most expectation released to public yesterday i.e. Feb 12. Even after plenty of controversies regarding Sharukh Khan and and Shiv Sena, everyone is looking forward to this movies. My Name is Khan stars Sharukh Khan and Kajol (One of the most popular Bollywood Jodi of all time) as the main leads.
The story of the movie is about terrorism, including a great love story, love for religion, thrill and suspense. There is no need to describe the performance of both as we already know they are the finest talents Bollywood ever produced. Movie is excellent and worth watch, I would rather say it is the best film Karan Johar, the director of My Name is Khan ever produced. Music and My Name is Khan songs (Music Director-Shankar-Ehsan-Loy) are great, suits the situation and and very emotional. Songs like Noor-e-Khuda is likely to fill your soul with emotion and make you tears come out of your eyes.

Hence it is depicted that, in Bollywood music and song, varieties are available and hence suitable music and songs can be used to retain originality of theme.
